If you delve amongst rocky shores and shallow rock pools on the southern Australian shoreline, you will probably seen the armour-plated shells of the Chiton.

This animal was called “Taroona” by the aboriginals who’s range included what is now the suburb of Taroona in south eastern Tasmania, Australia.

The shell of these small molluscs is usually oval-shaped and made up of eight plates fitting against each other like the steel plates of a suit of armour, hence a common name for its shell is 'Coat-of-mail'.

TaroonaTech’s technology is armour-plated, clings on, is simple, and could be what you need.…....stay tuned!
